Yoga in the sun
I love the sunny weather we’ve had. Swimming in lakes and the fjord. Playing with my nieces who has been visiting. We’ve done yoga poses and made funny videos. Which seems to have inspired me to make a yoga video. The crop is terrible. And speeding it up may have seem strange. But we all have to start somewhere 😝
Peace of mind
My mind seem to have been all over the place today. Ive felt restless, and had a hard time focusing on stuff I wanted to do. Luckily, I was teaching a yoga class tonight. And it seem to have given me exactly the peace of mind I needed.

Back in the wall
Having spent a weekend in Oslo, I was happy to get back to the wall. Climbing really is the perfect way to end the day. I spent most of the time upstairs, but also did a few rounds on the 17 meter wall. I dont get to the top, but at least im getting better.

Travelling to Trondheim
Flying in to the aiport of Trondheim, you can choose between bus or train to take you into town.
- The train costs 90NOK for an adult, and you can conveniently go directly from the airport. The downside is that the train doesnt go so often, so you’ll need to make sure it matches your arrival time.
- The bus, Flybussen or værnesekspressen, costs 180NOK one way, and leaves fairly often. If you book the ticket online before travelling, it costs 139nok.
Piece of advice – tickets are often cheaper if you use the app “Vipps”.
After arriving to the city centre, you might want to use the app “AtB” to take the buss to where you need to go next. You can pay either over your phone bill or by adding your bank account.
Trondheim Rocks
One of the best things about going to a festival is discovering new bands. We really enjoyed Amaranthe and loved the show they put up 😃
We also quite enjoyed “Asylums”, a UK band.

“Hellacopters” was also fun to see.

Kiss
Having the best time seeing KISS yesterday at Trondheim Rocks. Such an amazing show, the energy and atmosphere was just incredible. So happy to be watching from up front.

Halestorm
First day of Trondheim Rocks and we’re having such a great time. Highlight of the evening was seeing Halestorm. I’m so happy we upgraded tickets to premium, as I love having the possibility of going inside when cold, buy a proper meal and use proper toilets.

Views
Popped by the climbing gym last night, as what else can you really do at 9 pm. Had a good climb, a very short and effective one. I tried some new routes, but they seemed a bit above my level. The view from outside the gym however, was outstanding. There is something so beautiful about these summer nights.

Odaiba – the artificial island
Odaiba is a popular shopping and entertainment area on the artificial island in Tokyo bay. Daiba means “fort” and was built as a set of islands to protect Tokyo against possible attacks from the sea towards the end of the Edo Period (1603-1868). Later the small islands were joined together into larger islands by massive landfills.
In front of the DiverCity Tokyo Plaza, you’ll find a “life size” Gundam statue. The Fuji TV building is also worth having a look at.
